I became a Governor at Roundwood in January 2016 having moved to Gawcott in 2013. I have three sons, two of whom are at Roundwood, with the third to join in a couple of years.
By day, I am a programme manager at Network Rail and I’ve been working for the railways in various capacities since the day I left Liverpool University, but please don’t hold that against me! I’m a proud Welshman with a sheep farm in Wales plus some stock here in Gawcott too.
There were many reasons that we moved to Gawcott, but one of them was to have the opportunity for our children to enjoy a village school. Roundwood is providing our sons with a great start and being a Governor to the school allows me to give something back.
